African Law & Tech Summit

The Center for Law and Innovation is thrilled to announce its new role as the home for the African Law & Tech Network (ALT Network), graciously transferred to us by its founders, Hook Tangaza. This prestigious opportunity to coordinate a vibrant community of over 300 members across Africa, including lawyers, policymakers, and technology enthusiasts, fills us with excitement. We are eager to foster collaboration, innovation, and growth within this network.

This March, the Center for Law and Innovation is proud to host the ALT Network Summit 2024, a landmark gathering that brings together experts from the legal and technology sectors. Scheduled to take place at Norrsken House, Kigali, from March 13th to 15th, 2024, the Summit will operate under the inspiring theme “Shaping the Future – Navigating Digital Frontiers: Legal Considerations and Tech Innovations.” This event promises to be a crucial platform for dialogue, knowledge exchange, and innovation at the intersection of law and technology.
