Center for Law and Innovation’s Exclusive Training for JASIRI’s Dana Cohort
The Center for Law and Innovation partnered with JASIRI to provide the Dana cohort with an exclusive two-day training session that offered guidance on foundational aspects of venture creation. Designed to equip these aspiring founders with a solid framework for success, the training covered important topics like ownership structures, governance frameworks, and shareholder rights.
A highlight of the experience was an interactive workshop on negotiation techniques, where our team guided the Dana founders through realistic scenarios, helping them apply and test out their newly acquired skills. This hands-on approach allowed participants to practice tactics for securing favorable agreements and establishing strategic partnerships, all in real-time.
Through this training, CLI and JASIRI jointly provided an empowering, skills-based learning experience that left the Dana founders better prepared to launch and lead companies that reflect sound business practices. The cohort emerged from the workshop better equipped to shape businesses built on sustainable growth by focusing on the importance of strategic negotiation and aligning stakeholder goals.
