On May 29th, the Center for Law and Innovation (CLI) team was delighted to visit GS Kimisagara, mentoring Senior 5and 6 students. Our team provided invaluable guidance, helping students identify and pursue careers aligned with their interests, passions, and academic performance. By doing so, the CLI team ensured that each student could carve a career path that resonates with their unique strengths and aspirations. We also emphasized the importance of emerging fields such as tech-law and innovation, highlighting the transformative impact of technology on the global landscape. We encouraged students to explore these dynamic careers, stressing the importance of staying ahead of trends and preparing for the future.

In addition, students were introduced to scholarship opportunities both within Rwanda and internationally. We demonstrated the scholarship application process, outlining the requirements and the importance of high school achievements and extracurricular activities after school like internships. This knowledge empowers students to seek education abroad, gain valuable insights, and return to contribute to Rwanda's development and the achievement of its national goals. This initiative is inline with SDG 4: Quality Education, as we strive to propel Rwanda and Africa towards sustainable development. By equipping young minds with the tools and knowledge they need, we aim to foster a generation of leaders who will drive progress and innovation.

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to Headmaster Charles Nsengimana and the collaborative staff at GS Kimisagara for their invaluable support in making this visit a success. We look forward to along-lasting partnership, continuing to inspire and shape the young minds at GS Kimisagara.
