Policy Hackathon
The Center for Law & Innovation is organizing a five-week virtual technology policy hackathon for lawyers, policymakers, and tech enthusiasts across Africa. This innovative event allows participants to gain insight into new regulatory models and to tackle complex policy challenges surrounding emerging technologies. It is open to a diverse group, including regulation enthusiasts, technology experts and academics, and the hackathon will provide numerous benefits, such as gaining expertise in new regulatory frameworks, networking with leading African experts, and developing skills to draft effective tech policies.
For over five weeks, from June 24 to July 31, participants will engage deeply with the challenges posed by emerging technologies, working collaboratively to propose innovative policy interventions. The hackathon is an exceptional opportunity for professionals across various fields to apply their expertise to complex policy scenarios, gaining comprehensive insights into new regulatory models while influencing real-world policy discussions.
