Shaping Fintech’s Future: CLI at the Inclusive FinTech Forum 2025

This February, The Center for Law and Innovation team attended the Inclusive FinTech Forum 2025, held from February 24th to 26th at the Kigali Convention Centre in Kigali.
This event brought together over 3,000 delegates from more than 80 countries. Discussions focused on financial inclusion, cross-border trade, investment, and digital innovation. Key sessions explored regulatory frameworks, digital assets, and policy strategies to accelerate the growth of fintech and SMEs in Africa. The forum also featured the Capital Meets Policy Dialogue, which brought together investors and regulators, and the Startup Founders Day, which showcased some of Africa’s brightest fintech entrepreneurs.
CLI’s focus on fintech innovation and startup advancements made this forum an invaluable opportunity to meet and engage with industry leaders, policymakers, and entrepreneurs who are shaping the future of financial inclusion.
